Founded at that time in the heart of Tönisberg by Mathias Sauels, the original butcher’s has become a highly modern production plant that to this day regards quality and freshness bound by tradition as the most important premises when manufacturing all products.

The core business today is the making of fresh boiled sausage and cooked ham products that are delivered from Arnstadt and Barchfeld in Thuringia to customers in Germany and all over Europe.
