Delikatess Lyoner (Metzgerfleischwurst)

The Delikatess Schinkenlyoner is made from fresh pork. Garlic is not used in this recipe. This Jagdwurst is relatively lean due to its share of lean meat.

The Biersschinken has a mildly spicy, meaty aroma and as a low calorie boiled sausage, it is very popular.

Bierwurst

Finely minced boiled sausage meat from fresh pork, around 50% lean meat added from the size of a rice grain to the size of a pea and flavoured with noble spices. The fine spicing and gentle cooking process give the Bierwrust a meaty, mildly aromatic taste. The fine garlic note and the individual embedded mustard seeds are typical of this Bierwurst.

Jagdwurst

A finely minced boiled sausage meat made from pork has 45% meat about the size of peas and is flavoured with fine spices. The cut reveals a light pink fine sausage meat with an even distribution of pieces of pink meat. The attuned spices and the gentle process of cooking give the Jagdwurst a meaty, mildly aromatic taste and fresh smell.
